About SALSA
SALSA approval is only granted to suppliers who can demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce and supply safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of one of the SALSA Standards. SALSA Scheme Ltd is a non-profit joint venture between FDF, NFU and UK Hospitality. The Institute of Food Science and Technology accredits the Scheme throughout the UK.
