Managing Food Risk: Future Tools and Technologies

With this year’s Spring Conference 2018 fast approaching, Ben King, member of IFST's Student Group, gives us his feedback on last year’s event. "Students should attend IFST Spring Conference as it is a great opportunity to spend the day talking to and learning from industry, from the interesting topic presentations by respected speakers and the networking opportunities available. It’s a great event. It also counts towards your CPD which is valuable once you leave university. My experience was really positive as I found the event last year really interesting, inspiring and useful for understanding what the future holds for the food industry from a farm to fork perspective."
